  Office H – Approximately 117.0 Square Feet - $365.00/month – Interior Office –  Estimated Availability, September, 2010  Office C – Approximately 130.0 Square Feet - $485.00/month – Windows on Atrium Side – Estimated Availability, First Quarter, 2011

 
 Monthly Rental includes:

-All utilities, coffee, bottled water, commons fees, additional cleaning service (office - every 3 weeks; windows - monthly), general building cleaning services, vacuuming and trash pick-up  provided daily.

-General receptionist duties such as mail and package receiving. 

-Answering Service – One (1) line - unlimited calls answered/screened (if requested).

    Client owns their phone line and will be billed directly by your provider.

Phone jack is provided for one (1) phone and one (1) fax/data line.

Kaley will provide proper phones for the system.

 Additional Charges 

-Secretarial services will be billed at the now-existing rate of $35.00 per hour. Any price increase will be announced to tenants in advance. Tenants cannot bring in any outside administrative help, since this is the main thrust of Kaley’s business.

-Copies are billed $0.15/each for the first 100, $0.10/each for all additional copies.  Tenants cannot install a personal copier in their private office(s).


-Escalation fees are assessed annually to Kaley by building management. Escalation fees are allocated by square footage to in-suite tenants and billed by Kaley.  

General Information

Invoices are issued on the 15th of each month to cover rent and services for the upcoming month.  Terms are net 15 days.
